Rooted in craftsmanship, creativity, and care, we bring high-quality woodwork to life using locally sourced timber and South African talent.
Our mission is simple: to deliver pieces that are as unique as the homes they go into. Whether it’s a tailored, made-to-order furniture item or a ready-to-purchase shelf piece, every product is designed with our customers’ lifestyle and values in mind. We understand modern households – families, young couples, pet owners, DIYers – and we aim to serve them all. That’s why our catalog includes both personalized items and “off-the-shelf” options, spanning everything from child-friendly play pieces and pet furniture to stylish outdoor additions and functional home enhancements.

THE JOURNEY & THE DREAM
We are Naeem and Naz—partners in life, parents of two, and the hands behind Saw & Stitch. Our story is one of shared passions and big leaps; for years, we nurtured a cross-border dream of building something meaningful together. In 2022, that dream got its name, and in early 2026, we made the definitive move from Oman back home to South Africa to plant our roots deep, bring our separate creative worlds under one roof, and run this multi-generational family workshop right from our home.

For us, building things by hand isn’t just a business—it’s a vehicle for real-world impact. That is why we have committed to supporting the Johannesburg Wildlife Veterinary Hospital, donating a portion of our profits from the NEST Collection. Every item you buy helps protect and rehabilitate our local wildlife. Looking ahead, our ultimate goal is to establish hands-on workshops for kids, passing down the fading art of craftsmanship to inspire and empower the next generation of makers.
