Where can I view your collections in person?

We operate primarily as an online studio and active workshop, which allows us to focus entirely on quality and customization. All our current collections and detailed specifications are available to view exclusively here on our website.

What are your shipping options for smaller items?

Smaller items, such as our decor and workshop gear, are generally couriered nationwide via a trusted third-party service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery destination.

How are large furniture pieces delivered?

For our large furniture collections, we utilize a specialized distribution network. Depending on your location, this may involve dedicated white-glove courier services or personal delivery arranged by our own team. We will be in touch after your order to coordinate the best delivery method.

What is the typical lead time for an order?

As every piece is created with intention, lead times vary based on the item’s complexity and our current workshop schedule. Estimated lead times for specific collections are listed on the product page. You will receive a personalized timeline confirmation shortly after placing your order.

What is your policy on returns or exchanges?

We stand by the quality of our finished goods. Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), if a standard collection item is defective, damaged, or not fit for its intended purpose upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days to discuss a repair, exchange, or refund.

Are all items in stock all the time?

Due to the meticulous, slow-craft nature of our workshop, we do not mass-produce our inventory. Our production is structured in two ways: Made-to-Order & Rotating Stock/Limited Runs. While we do our absolute best to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure our online shop reflects real-time availability, we will reach out immediately if an ordered item requires an active build cycle. Estimated production windows will always be communicated directly with you.
