Because true creativity can get messy, the main desktop is crafted from a premium, wipe-clean melamine surface. Finished with a professional 1mm impact edge banding, the Slide & Sketch is robustly protected against the inevitable bumps and spills of active play, making cleanup as effortless as a quick wipe.

Care & Maintenance

While The Slide & Sketch is built for everyday creativity, please note:

The melamine surface easily resists markers, glue, and surface stains. Clean with a damp microfiber cloth and mild dish soap. Do not allow liquids or wet paint to pool or sit on the desk. Wipe up moisture immediately to prevent it from soaking into the seams. Do not use acetone, ammonia, abrasive cleaners, or scouring pads, as these will damage the finish and the edge-banding adhesive.

⚠️ Safety & Anti-Tip Disclaimer

  • Parental Supervision Required: The Slide & Sketch is designed strictly for sitting, drawing, and play. Children must be supervised at all times during use.
  • No Climbing or Sitting on the Desk: Do not allow children to stand, climb, sit, or lean heavy body weight on the sliding tabletop, especially when it is in the extended (open) position.
  • Proper Placement: Always place the desk on a flat, level, and stable surface. We highly recommend positioning the back of the desk against a wall for maximum stability.
